CEZ: The last trading date with a dividend of CZK47

Today (Wednesday, June 25, 2025) is the last day of trading with CEZ shares with the right to receive dividends from last year's profits. On Monday, shareholders approved a dividend of CZK47 per share at the Annual General Meeting.

The approved dividend corresponds to 80% of last year's adjusted net profit and offers a gross yield of +3.8%.

Starting tomorrow, Thursday, June 26, 2025, CEZ will trade ex-dividend. It is common for the share price to drop by roughly the amount of the dividend.

Payments will start on August 1, 2025.
