    • The same method like into your internet banking via KB klíč, secure password or personal certificate on smartcard.

  2. HOW TO TRANSFER MONEY TO MY PORTFOLIO?
    • In Online Portfolio select MONEY DEPOSIT option and then select the currency you would like to transfer. In case of CZK money deposit QR code is automatically generated.
    • Via payment order to the specific sub-account according to the contract/down below and using the specific variable symbol (your birth identification number). In case you have more portfolios, fill its number (without letter if contains) as a specific symbol.

  3. HOW TO WITHDRAW MONEY FROM MY PORTFOLIO?
    • In Online Portfolio select MONEY WITHDRAWAL option and then fill in withdrawal details. You are allowed to transfer money only to the current account specified in your contract.
    • By phone with your relationship manager.
    • Personally at Komerční banka branch.

    • In Online Portfolio select TRADE ON THE PSE and then specify details of an order.

    • By phone via Dealing KB on number +420 222 008 395 (or any of the phone numbers +420 222 008 237 to 239).
    • Specify an instrument you intend to purchase to the dealer, number of pieces and order validity as well.
  6. WHAT TYPES OF ORDERS CAN I SUBMIT?
    • Limit order – it is a trading order containing a maximum purchase or a minimum sale price at which the order can be executed. The order validity possible from one day to one month.
    • Market order (At best) – it is a trading order to be executed at the current best available market price, the order validity just one day and in case of a purchase you are obliged to have portfolio 25 % more funded than the current market price.
